The rating “Top 200 Retail Trade Enterprises in Russia” represents 200 leading retail trade enterprises working in the Central, North-western, Urals-Siberian, Southern Regions under the following formats: chain, department store, store at a filling station, foods and non-foods stores.
The rating is based on data provided by directors of trade enterprises.
The rating is compiled by “NT” survey agency – NTA information center
The rating was first launched in 1997 and since than it is the only all-Russian project which provides concrete information about activities implemented by largest trade enterprises all over the country and depicts the dynamics of sector development. In general the survey agency reviews information obtained from over 12000 trading enterprises. The final rating results are announced during the “Commerce in Russia” conference and published in “Trade News” magazine.
