"Chief" magazine

“Chef” is a first Russian specialized magazine for chefs and confectioners. The magazine is designed for professional and beginning gastronomists, those, who are interested in personal growth and self education, enthusiastic and talented, willing to get exclusive and fresh information about the world of gastronomy.

“Chef” magazine is a unique source of professional and actual information in the field of gastronomy. “Chef” is “about food professionally”. To become a true master, a proper chef, notably a professional and an expert one needs to have full information about the origin and processing of products, history of world gastronomy, sources of world traditions, basis of modern technologies and actual world trends, then it is possible to achieve the goal. This is a magazine for those who make a proper choice at any time either professionally or on home kitchen, for people who always choose professionalism.


“Chef” magazine is the only periodical designed specially for cooks, confectioners, sommeliers, bartenders, buyers and producers, those who work with a product and are responsible for its origin and preparation. The magazine sets a mission of binding all abovementioned groups of people into one chain, through providing them with actual information about each other in order to balance demand and supply, to promote permanent quality development of gastronomy as a market and as an art.
