Goals
The Program aims at enhancing profitability of restaurants and other public catering enterprises in Russian regions, raising their competitiveness and upgrading the level of customer servicing.
Objectives
The principal objective of the Program is familiarizing top managers of regional catering enterprises with latest technologies, labor management approaches, new equipment and accessories. To this effect, conferences “Catering Trade in Russia. Regions” are conducted on a regular basis within the framework of the Program.
Their main goal is providing a clear picture of the current state and future potential of Russian public catering, the forms of interaction between business community and authorities, individual and associated entrepreneurs. The Conference is a good venue for sharing experience and establishing business contacts.
The speakers at “Catering Trade in Russia. Regions” Conferences include representatives of local authorities, largest public catering chains in Russia, top managers of well-known restaurants, research & development companies and fitting firms.
